You should also delete com.microsoft.autoupdate.helper from /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools, com.microsoft.update.agent.plist from /Library/LaunchAgents and com.microsoft.autoupdate.helper.plist from /Library/LaunchDaemons
You need to go to /Library directory, at the root of your HD, and search "Microsoft autoupdate" on that location (which finds /Library/Application Support/Microsoft/MAU2.0/Microsoft AutoUpdate.app on my system.
The microsoft autupdater app resides in a folder called MAU2.0, which is located in library>application support > microsoft. I've pulled the whole mau2.0 folder and placed it elsewhere.
